By using the Fabrik mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Fabrik is a plastic-free fashion discovery app that analyzes clothing materials and provides sustainability insights.

2. Service Description

Fabrik provides material analysis, plastic content detection, and sustainability scoring for clothing items. We aggregate product information from various fashion retailers to help you make informed, plastic-free choices.

3. Premium Subscription

Premium features include plastic-free filtering, curated collections, and unlimited access to sustainability scores. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.

4. Product Information and Links

We strive to provide accurate product information and working links to retailer websites. However, retailers may change product URLs, discontinue items, or modify product details without notice. We make our best effort to update product links and information as quickly as possible when changes occur.

5. Material Analysis Accuracy

While we work to provide accurate material composition analysis and Fabrik scores, this information is for guidance only. Always verify product details on the retailer's website before purchasing.

6. User Conduct

Use Fabrik responsibly and in accordance with these terms. Do not attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or access content through unauthorized means.

7. No Data Collection

Fabrik does not collect, store, or share your personal data. We operate with privacy by design - your usage patterns, searches, and preferences remain private to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The Fabrik app, including its design, algorithms, and content organization, is protected by intellectual property laws. Product information and images remain the property of their respective retailers.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Fabrik available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Age Restrictions

Fabrik is intended for users 13 years and older. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the app or making purchases.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

Fabrik is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Fabrik. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Fabrik or violation of these terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate your access to Fabrik at any time for any reason. Upon termination, these terms remain in effect for applicable provisions. Premium subscriptions are governed by Apple's App Store refund policies.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Fabrik evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
